Well first I'd like to say irregardless of the companies actions, and or availability, should not penalize the products review. I had trouble finding them also, but its unfair to rate the product itself poorly because you cannot get any. I didnt see a star rating above for "availability of product". Using the review area as a springboard to whine about the sellers who did buy them (legally by the way) and are reselling should also not happen. And lastly no, I am not a reseller I had to hunt them down too, enough for 2 adults and 3 boys. My suggestion, make sure you contact LEGO customer service and let them know to keep customers they need to make sure there are enough. I did, numbers on their website.
Now as I mentioned. The product itself is very nice (like most of them in the series). The detail is excellent and the accessories are neat and (so far) unique to the series coming out (2 and 3 are confirmed for sure, and there is a rumored 4th). Just as durable as any other figs, seems to be the same quality overall. This figure is more unique than some others in the set, so Id rate it better.
She is rare, so only about 3 per box of 60. Tough to get but fun to have. Only now through resellers.
Spoiler - LEGO already promised Series 2 and 3 are going to be much more than the series 1 release. Many smaller retail chains (we confirmed some by us) and some of the large ones (Target, Walmart) are supposed to be carrying Series 2 this time around. You can tell already its bigger because for Series 2 there are already pre-sellers (private and companies) on the web with them, where there were none for series 1. I wouldnt fall for the "pre-sellers" trying to get big cash up front for them. Its because the release will be bigger they are trying to carve out what they can now. Just my 2 bits worth.

"Lego really messed up this time. These things are impossible to get a full set. The idea I guess was to get a few each time you go to a toy store and then maybe you could eventually get a full set. That idea is a great one if all stores carried these things (walgreens, CVS, Target, Toys R Us, Walmart) but only a few stores get them and when they do get them they only get a couple cases at a time. The collectors and eBay scum buy them ALL in one shot and then resell them for 5 times the original price! Check eBay and Amazon for proof! Lego stores are only selling 5 per person per visit but they are always out of stock. The website will not even let you get a full set! Limit of 5 per household is crazy! I have 3 kids at home! I am really dissapointed with Lego. They needed to make these available as a set if they are going to market them towards kids for months in advance. Kids get their hopes up only to find out that these things are not available! Shame on Lego."

I am so mad about Lego's handling of the Series 1 Minifigures. I have been so excited about getting these for my son and he has been waiting to get these for months. Checking them out on the website and playing the games and printing the posters for his room. Is Lego trying to torture children by making them think they can get something and hyping it up and then not letting them even buy a full set for their household on the website!? We went to the Lego store twice (it is 30 minutes from home) to buy these because the store employee said they were in stock and when we got there none were left. My son cried both times! I went to 3 different Toys R US on 3 different occasions when they got their shipments and they sold out of them all because some fool at these stores thinks it is OK to sell them by the case and sold them all to a few people! Now when they finally become available to us on the website we can only order 5 per household!? WTF Lego! WHY doesn't lego sell them by the set or make them available in huge quantities? I spoke with a small local toy store owner today and she said Lego treats the small toy shops like garbage and sends them stuff much too late or not at all. It is these small toy stores that should get things like these minifigures first as they won't sell them by the case to adult collectors that are trying to sell them on eBay for a profit. Do not pay more than 2 bucks for these each! Amazon sellers and eBay sellers are trying to make a HUGE profit! Lego started out as a small family company and has turned into a giant corporation that seems to not care about what they were initially made for. Lego does not mean "play well" anymore it seems.
